Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies are seeking to arrest a Fountain Hills woman suspected in a series of assaults on her neighbor in the 17000 block of Calle Del Oro.

On Thursday, Dec. 29, deputies responded to a report on an incident in which the woman used pepper spray on the man. It was the third such report deputies had received.

They had also received a report on Tuesday, Dec. 27, that he had assaulted her.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies are seeking to arrest a Fountain Hills woman suspected in a series of assaults on her neighbor in the 17000 block of Calle Del Oro.

On Thursday, Dec. 29, deputies responded to a report on an incident in which the woman used pepper spray on the man. It was the third such report deputies had received.

They had also received a report on Tuesday, Dec. 27, that he had assaulted her.

The two had an ongoing dispute with deputies first responding to an incident between the two in early November.

When deputies responded to the most recent incident they determined they had probable cause to arrest her on assault charges. However, she barricaded herself in her apartment and refused to come out or talk with deputies.

*On Saturday, Dec. 31, deputies received a report that someone had spray-painted the walls of a residence in the 16000 block of Calle de Los Flores in the Rio Verde area.

*On Tuesday, Dec. 27, a Fountain Hills woman reported receiving a text message from someone unknown saying they had been hired to kill her.

*On Sunday, Jan. 1, a Fountain Hills man reported someone had broken off the two rearview side mirrors from his vehicle.

*On Saturday, Dec. 31, deputies received a report that two unknown suspects had removed a cart full of merchandise from the Walgreen’s store without paying for the items.

*On Thursday, Dec. 29, deputies arrested a Fountain Hills man on two outstanding warrants from courts in Phoenix and Scottsdale.

*On Wednesday, Dec. 28, a Phoenix woman collided with a second vehicle in the intersection of Shea and Palisades boulevards in Fountain Hills. She was transported to a DUI Task Force location in Tempe for processing. She was cited and given a ride home.

*On Tuesday, Jan. 3, a Fort McDowell man was arrested for domestic violence criminal damage and disorderly conduct charges following an altercation with family members at his parents’ home. He was booked into Maricopa County Jail and referred to a mental health caseworker who had been assigned to him.

*On Sunday, Jan. 1, a Fountain Hills resident reported that between March of last year and Jan. 1, someone had stolen five handguns from a residence in the 17000 block of Brantley Drive.

*On Tuesday, Jan. 3, a Fountain Hills woman reported damage to her vehicle while it was parked overnight at the Lexington Hotel in the 12000 block of Saguaro Blvd.

*On Wednesday, Jan. 4, a resident of the 14000 block of Yerba Buena reported someone entered their vehicle and stole several items including a child’s bicycle, Bluetooth headphones, an iPod and a purse and wallet. Total value of items taken is $489.

*On Tuesday, Jan. 3, a Fountain Hills High School student told a female student to send a threatening Instagram message to another student.

*On Tuesday, Jan. 3, a California man was cited for custodial interference and two counts of failing to ensure child attends school. The man reportedly did not bring the children to a designated meeting location along Interstate 10 for a custody exchange after the holiday.

*On Tuesday, Jan. 3, a woman living in the 30000 block of N. 150 Street reported that someone had placed spikes under the tires of her vehicle, resulting in them going flat. She believes a neighbor is responsible.

*On Wednesday, Jan. 4, a motorist making a left turn from Palisades Boulevard onto Avenue of the Fountains drove over the median curb and struck a sign and left the scene. A witness provided deputies with a license plate number. When deputies contacted the woman driving the vehicle she said she realized she went over the curb, but was not aware that she struck the sign. She provided insurance information to the deputy.
