The man said the second man started yelling at him and spraying him with water and knocked a cell phone from his hand. He said he was punched and knocked to the ground.
Deputies investigating the incident believe both parties may have been victims in the incident. They have submitted the report to the town prosecutor for consideration of charges.

The man said the second man started yelling at him and spraying him with water and knocked a cell phone from his hand. He said he was punched and knocked to the ground.
Deputies investigating the incident believe both parties may have been victims in the incident. They have submitted the report to the town prosecutor for consideration of charges.
*On Sunday, Sept. 11, a Fountain Hills man reported the theft of a vacuum valued at $85 from his vehicle parked in the 11000 block of Pinto Drive.
*On Monday, Sept. 12, a Fountain Hills woman reported her identity was stolen with someone using her identification to open accounts at multiple banks.
*On Monday, Sept. 12, deputies received a report of shoplifting as a Fountain Hills woman was pouring Starbuck’s coffee from a display at the Four Sons Market into a separate cup and leaving the store.
*On Tuesday, Sept. 13, deputies received a report of a man following a Scottsdale police officer to his home in the unincorporated county area of Rio Verde Foothills. The man complained about the conduct of the officer. He was advised that if he had a complaint about an officer he should report it to the agency where he is employed. He was also advised to stay away from the officer’s home or he would be arrested for trespassing.
*On Tuesday, Sept. 13, deputies received a neighbors disturbing report from Southwest Wildlife Animal Sanctuary. They reported a nearby resident was using a device to emit a high-pitched noise. The noise was activated after coyotes and wolves at the sanctuary began howling.
*On Wednesday, Sept. 14, a Laveen, Ariz. man was cited in Fountain Hills for having no valid driver license. He was stopped for making an illegal right on red at Palisades and Shea boulevards.
*On Monday, Sept. 12, a Fountain Hills woman reported the mirror on the passenger side of her vehicle had been broken off while the vehicle was parked in the 15000 block of Sunflower Drive.
*On Wednesday, Sept. 14, a Scottsdale woman reported the window of her vehicle had been smashed while the vehicle was parked in a lot in the 16000 block of Palisades while she was a work.
*On Thursday, Sept. 15, a Fountain Hills man was arrested on an outstanding warrant from the Fountain Hills Municipal Court for a probation violation.
*On Thursday, Sept. 15, deputies received a report of a burglary at the SunRidge Canyon Golf Club maintenance facility in the 15000 block of Desert Canyon Drive. Equipment valued at $3,600 was stolen.
*On Friday, Sept. 16, a man reported the theft of property from a job site in the 17000 block of Brantley Drive. Miscellaneous hand and power tools valued at between $1,000 and $2,000 were taken.
*On Saturday, Sept. 17, a Fort McDowell man was arrested for driving with a suspended license and on an outstanding warrant from Scottsdale. He had been stopped for speeding near Grande Boulevard and La Casa Drive.
* On Sunday, Sept. 18, a Phoenix woman reported someone stole her vehicle after taking the keys from her purse. The vehicle was parked in the parking lot at the Lexington Hotel.
