Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies received a report of a work truck stolen from a construction site in Fountain Hills on Friday, May 27.

A worker had left the 26-foot, 1999 white Ford flatbed truck within a fenced area of the construction site near Saguaro Boulevard and Hamilton Drive.

The truck was missing when workers returned after the weekend.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies received a report of a work truck stolen from a construction site in Fountain Hills on Friday, May 27.

A worker had left the 26-foot, 1999 white Ford flatbed truck within a fenced area of the construction site near Saguaro Boulevard and Hamilton Drive.

The truck was missing when workers returned after the weekend.

*On Friday, May 13, the school resource officer received a report of a stolen cell phone at Fountain Hills High School.

*On Monday, May 23, a Fountain Hills High School student was found in possession of marijuana and dangerous drugs within the school “drug free” zone.

*On Wednesday, June 1, a Fountain Hills woman was arrested for shoplifting items valued at $26 from the Bashas’ store in the 16000 block of Palisades Blvd. She was apprehended by store employees after they saw her place items in her purse. She paid for other items she had in a basket.

The shoplifting suspect was also found to have drugs in her possession. She was cited for possession of dangerous drugs with charges pending lab analysis.

*On Tuesday, May 31, a woman was seen removing a bottle of liquor valued at $13 from the Bashas’ store. A witness provided a vehicle license number.

*On Wednesday, June 1, a Fountain Hills resident reported someone had shot out the window of their vehicle parked in the 14000 block of Saguaro Blvd. The vehicle was parked in the driveway.

*On Wednesday, June 1, a resident of the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Boulevard reported her ex-boyfriend had broken the window of her residence and removed items from the home. He had left the scene by the time deputies arrived.

*On Friday, June 3, a Mesa man was stopped for a traffic violation near Saguaro Blvd. and Monterey Drive and arrested on an outstanding warrant and driving with a suspended license.

*On Friday, June 3, a Fountain Hills man reported his identity had been stolen.

*On Saturday, June 4, a Sun City woman was cited for criminal speed in Fountain Hills. She was reportedly traveling 68 miles per hour where the speed limit is 45.

*On Sunday, June 5, a Fountain Hills man was stopped for speeding near Sage and La Montana drives and arrested for driving with a suspended license.

*On Saturday, June 4, a Fountain Hills man was stopped for a defective headlight and was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
