When deputies arrived in the 15000 block of Trevino Drive they heard the yelling coming from the rear of a home. They yelled and ordered the man to come around.
The man appeared intoxicated and while he complied with some commands from the deputies, he did not respond to others.

Early in the morning on Friday, Aug. 22, Sheriff’s deputies in Fountain Hills responded to several reports of a man pounding on the door of a neighboring residence and shouting.
When deputies arrived in the 15000 block of Trevino Drive they heard the yelling coming from the rear of a home. They yelled and ordered the man to come around.
The man appeared intoxicated and while he complied with some commands from the deputies, he did not respond to others.
The man was staying at the residence with friends and when he left the house earlier he apparently could not remember how to get back into the house. He did not have any keys for the residence, but deputies found one door unlocked.
The homeowners, who were not at home at the time, confirmed the man was staying with them and declined to press charges.
*On Sunday, Aug. 17, a resident of the 11000 block of Spotted Horse reported tools and cash with a total value of $240 stolen from her garage. She told deputies she suspects a neighbor.
*On Sunday, Aug. 17, a resident of the 15000 block of Sycamore Drive reported someone caused damage to a pillar by their front driveway. Damage is estimated at $500.
*On Saturday, Aug. 16, employees at the Tegavah Golf Club in the 29000 block of Vista Verde Drive reported someone had stolen chair cushions from patio furniture valued at $200. Video shows a white male with dark hair and a beard taking the items.
*On Monday, Aug. 18, a resident of the 27000 block of Quintana Drive in Rio Verde reported the theft of a ring valued at $5,000. The victim believes someone with a pest control crew may have taken the ring.
*On Monday, Aug. 18, a Fountain Hills man reported his juvenile son had caused damage in a bathroom at his home.
*On Tuesday, Aug. 19, a Fountain Hills man reported someone used his identification to establish credit card accounts and a wireless account.
*On Wednesday, Aug. 20, deputies investigated a collision at Saguaro and Palisades boulevards. Both vehicles were stopped for a traffic light and when the light changed one driver struck the rear of the other vehicle. They were cited for failure to control their vehicle to avoid a collision and failure to have their license in their possession.
*On Wednesday, Aug. 20, deputies were called to an accident in the 16000 block of Ocotillo Drive. A vehicle went off the road and into a yard causing damage to a mailbox, for sale sign, landscaping and utility equipment. The driver, 81, told deputies she blacked out. She was checked out by paramedics and given a ride home and told to call for help with any medical issues that arise.
*On Wednesday, Aug. 20, a Fountain Hills man reported suspicious activity in which a man was texting questionable photos to his 11-year-old daughter and her 11-year-old friend.
*On Monday, Aug. 19, a Fountain Hills man reported he had been notified by the IRS that someone unknown had used his identification to file a false tax return.
*On Thursday, Aug. 21, deputies responded to a report of an unresponsive driver stopped in the street on Eagle Mountain Parkway at Summer Hill Boulevard. Deputies arrested a Fort McDowell woman for super extreme DUI with a blood alcohol level greater than .20.
*On Thursday, Aug. 21, a Fountain Hills man reported receiving threats on his Facebook page. Someone stated “I’m working my way toward you,” and “I’m going to crush your skull.”
*On Friday, Aug. 22, a resident of the 15000 block of Telegraph Drive reported someone had stolen tools valued at $1,700 from an unsecured vehicle parked in the driveway.
*On Friday, Aug. 22, deputies located a vehicle parked illegally and, in searching for the owner, located a man on a nearby trail who was apparently under the influence and was found in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The vehicle did belong to him.
*On Friday, Aug. 22, a Fountain Hills woman said she received a suspicious phone call from someone saying they had found her handbag in a dumpster and asked her for identifying information, which she declined to give. She had reported the bag stolen in Tempe. Deputies advised her to cancel all the cards she had and replace them.
*On Sunday, Aug. 24, deputies responded to a report of a hit and run accident near Rosita and Vallecito drives. The vehicle struck a brick wall at a residence and left the scene.
