Occurring sometime between 6 p.m. on June 20 and 9 a.m. on June 21, a broken window, a lone rock and some disheveled furniture is all there is to show for the burglary. Residents were unable to determine whether any items were stolen during the incident.
According to the responding deputy, it appears as though the suspect broke into the home to spend the night, then left.

According to the responding deputy, it appears as though the suspect broke into the home to spend the night, then left.
*Local authorities are currently investigating a theft at the Fountain Hills Denny’s taking place on June 20, when three individuals left the local restaurant without paying their bill.
*An account of animal cruelty on Bajada Dr. in the Rio Verde foothills area was reported on June 18.
A local horse owner discovered that one of their animals had been brutally attacked, with deep lacerations along its side. A suspect has not yet been identified.
*A man was charged with shoplifting at the Bashas’ located in Fountain Hills on June 20.
A customer reported that a man was sleeping on the sidewalk outside of the store and, when the responding deputy approached the man, several items from the store were discovered on his person.
Upon reviewing security footage, it was discovered that the items had been stolen and the suspect was charged.
*On June 24, a suspect was arrested for a drug violation outside a Saguaro Blvd. bar and restaurant.
Deputies responded to an audible alarm at the Saddle Bronc and discovered the suspect outside. Though the door was open, the suspect was not seen entering or leaving the building.
A search of his person resulted in an arrest for being in possession of a narcotic drug and drug paraphernalia.
*Deputies responded to a suspicious person call on Golden Eagle Blvd. and Sierra Madre Dr. on June 23 at 7:10 a.m. The suspect was reported to be carrying a rifle, which turned out to be a pellet gun.
Arriving at the scene, deputies located a man in full camouflage on the west side of Aspen Dam who claimed to be hunting small game in the wash, and unaware of the fact that it is illegal to hunt within the Town of Fountain Hills.
Since the man had not discharged his firearm, deputies escorted the man to his home.
*On Friday, June 13, a Fountain Hills man reported someone had broken into his vehicle parked on Escalante Drive. A wallet containing bank cards and cash was missing from the vehicle.
*On Thursday, June 26, a Scottsdale man was stopped for speeding on Shea Boulevard. During the stop it was discovered the man was in possession of marijuana and narcotics paraphernalia.
*On Friday, June 27, deputies responded to a reported assault on a woman, by a woman, in the McDonald’s parking lot at Shea and Saguaro boulevards. One woman reportedly kicked the second woman following an argument during a custody exchange. The alleged suspect is a Payson resident and the victim a resident of Glendale. The report was forwarded to the town prosecutor with a recommendation of charges for misdemeanor assault.
*On Friday, June 27, a resident of Sunflower Drive in Fountain Hills reported several items missing from his home including two full ammunition magazines, cash and damage to furniture.
*On Monday, June 16, a resident reported that between May 19 and June 16 someone had removed jewelry with an estimated value of $10,000 from a residence in the 15000 block of Tequesta Court. The homeowner reported he maintains unsecured access to the residence for pool, landscaping and housekeeping workers.
*On Saturday, June 28, a Fountain Hills man, age 20, was stopped for traveling 90 miles per hour on Shea Boulevard where the speed limit is 50. The man was cited for DUI, underage DUI, aggressive driving and reckless driving.
