Fountain Hills fire fighters were called to the scene and cleaned up what was less than five gallons of the diesel.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies investigated an accident involving a trailer with an air compressor in the 15000 block of Sycamore Drive on Saturday, Feb. 8.
The trailer rolled down a hill into a desert wash next to a residence, spilling a small amount of diesel fuel.
Fountain Hills fire fighters were called to the scene and cleaned up what was less than five gallons of the diesel.
The driver of a vehicle pulling the trailer had left the scene, but deputies located him a short time later. He was cited for having an unsecured load, driving without a license and failure to remain at the scene of an accident.
*On Thursday, Jan. 23, deputies received a report from Fountain Hills Middle School that an unidentified male subject had taken a bicycle from the school property. The theft was witnessed by the school assistant principal. The bicycle was valued at $25.
*On Thursday, Jan. 23, a Fountain Hills male juvenile, age 13, was found to be in possession of alcohol on the Middle School campus.
*On Sunday, Feb. 9, deputies received a report that someone had punctured the tires of a vehicle parked near 144th Street and Aloe Vera in the Rio Verde foothills area.
*On Sunday, Feb. 9, deputies received a report of criminal damage at a residence in the 16000 block of Alamosa Ave. The back door of the residence had been damaged. The homeowner later discovered that the damage had been done by a friend.
*On Monday, Feb. 10, deputies received a report that a male suspect had taken a 30-pack of beer valued at $26. The suspect was reportedly accompanied by a female accomplice who made a purchase to distract the clerk.
*On Thursday, Feb. 6, a Rio Verde resident reported the theft of jewelry valued at more than $16,000. The items were last seen in November 2013.
*On Monday, Feb. 10, a Fountain Hills man reported that someone had used his identification information to obtain Internet service at a Kentucky address. He told deputies his ex-girlfriend is living in Kentucky and may be responsible.
*On Saturday, Jan. 25, a male suspect was observed leaving the Fountain Hills Fry’s store with a cart full of groceries with an approximate value of $114.
*On Friday, Jan. 31, a male subject was seen leaving the Fountain Hills Target store with a vacuum cleaner valued at $465. The incident was recorded on video surveillance.
*On Saturday, Jan. 25, a female suspect was observed shoplifting at the Fountain Hills Target. She was seen picking up items, taking them to customer service to be returned and then using the return gift card to make another purchase. The suspect was seen leaving the parking lot in a vehicle registered to a Queen Creek resident.
