Have you ever noticed how many would-be leaders you have?
Those supposed leaders – self-proclaimed, no less – come out of the woodwork and make themselves known at election time with TV ads, mailings and street corner signs. Of course, with their funding and their excess spending, they appear solely to obtain your votes. They are the “rubber lips” who tell you and I how they will lead us.
Personally, I would not follow any of them in a free soup line if I were starving.

All these types need is campaign money to spend, extolling their own supposed virtues. Wow! What a system. Simply tell the voters how great you are without even having a modicum of greatness. What greatness? Not having any sills whatsoever is more like it, except maybe “glad hand shaking and smirking.”
This type of electioneer works by the premise of the “big lie.” The bigger the lie about their supposed virtues, the more they believe their own drivel. And what is most funny is that they expect us to believe their drivel, also. Welcome to 21st Century American politics.
Do not misunderstand; there are very significant individuals – yes, leaders – but it is up to you to vote for them and to install them into office.
