Learn to survive grief at holidays

Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church’s “Griever’s Journey” will provide a grief counseling program in December.
The scripturally-sound program is designed for individuals who face the holidays after the death of a loved one.
The supportive event will feature video instruction, leadership guidance and group interaction that can assist in coping with the intense pain of grief.
The afternoon seminar will be held the second week of the month at the Presbyterian Church, 13001 Fountain Hills Blvd.
The program will offer a safe place to find help and assistance in the grieving process.
Included with the session will be a book of more than 30 daily readings from grief authors to provide additional insights and ideas on holiday survival, as well as other supportive materials.
If a Christ-centered, church-based and spiritually-lead program could benefit you or someone you know, reserve a place. Size of the group is limited.
