When you get used to certain things happening, it’s not unusual to take those things for granted. We forget to be grateful and to show our appreciation.

The Fountain Hills Branch Library is extremely lucky to have the Fountain Hills Friends of the Library. Many of the programs we have are made possible because of the Fountain Hills Friends of the Library. Many of the programs we have are enhanced because of the Fountain Hills Friends of the Library.

The Fountain Hills Friends of the Library pay for the music series, Front Porch Performances. The Fountain Hills Friends of the Library purchase multiple copies of the books for both the bimonthly Reading Club and the monthly Mystery Reading Group. The Fountain Hills Friends of the Library pay for many of the supplies that are used at programs and any type of refreshments that are served. These are just a few of the many ways in which the Friends help the library.

There are so many libraries that do not have the funding for programs or only have limited funding. If you enjoy our programs, if you learn from our programs, if you would like to be part of the reason why our programs continue, then become a Friend of the Library.

Membership is only $15 a year for an individual and $25 for a family. There are also Bronze, Silver, Gold and Lifetime memberships available.

You can be as involved as much or as little as you want. Whether you are a full-time resident or a winter visitor, you can and should become a Fountain Hills Friend of the Library. Thank you!
