Yes, I like Mike. I also would like Mike Scharnow to serve on our town council.

I’ve been a resident of Fountain Hills for 31 years and have known Mike almost that many years. I have yet to find someone who doesn’t like Mike or think that he wouldn’t be a great town council member. And here’s why. As the former long-time editor of The Fountain Hills Times, he made sure that the reporting on every issue this town experienced was well balanced and well thought out. This is because Mike is an honest, conscientious person who cares deeply about what happens in and to the Town of Fountain Hills.

He raised his family here and has been very active in volunteering for his church and for various community organizations. In addition, because he is a financial planner, he’ll be able to contribute a lot to helping the town with its budget shortfall. So, even if you don’t know Mike, if you give him the opportunity to show what a great town council member he can be, you’ll like him, too.
