Local Realtor Celebrates with Clients and Teddy Bears
November 2, 2015– Phil Chadwick, a Realtor with RealtyOne in Scottsdale, hosted an appreciation party for more than 70 clients and friends at SunRidge Canyon Golf Club Sunday evening, November 1, 2015. This event also served as an opportunity to collect teddy bears for the Phoenix Children’s Hospital before the holidays.
Chadwick said this event seemed to be a good way to express his appreciation to his clients, both for their continued business and support as well as the great referrals they give him. “Another great reason to get together is to support a worthy organization, The Phoenix Children’s Hospital,” said Chadwick, who along with his clients and friends, gathered over 50 teddy bears for the hospital.

The event was called “A Celebration of the View at Sunset” and the weather Sunday night proved perfect for enjoying the sunset from the patio at SunRidge Canyon Golf Club while listening to music by Notes from Neptune. Chadwick specializes in luxury “Homes with a View” in North Scottsdale and Fountain Hills.
“Many homes in North Scottsdale and Fountain Hills are unique in that they have breathtaking views, a feature that helps them hold their value,” said Chadwick. “An outstanding view is a limited resource like being on a waterfront and it requires special attention in pricing and marketing.”
