SPRING TRAINING 2026

Lots to do between Cactus League games around the Valley

From hiking to museums to casinos, everything’s covered

Few attractions make the Valley buzz like spring training.

Tourists arrive to soak in the mild temperatures compared to wherever their favorite teams call home. Local residents, meanwhile, not only get their own case of Cactus League fever, the run of practices and games for six weeks is prime time for outdoor adventures hard to get to during summer’s intense heat.

Between spring training games and workouts, and underneath an abundance of sunshine, the Valley has much to offer.
