Fountain Hills Unified School District is gearing up for summer school 2014 with registration now open for credit and non-credit courses.

The FHUSD summer school program offers “everything from traditional classes such reading and math to fun activities like photography, ceramics, arts and crafts and learning a foreign language,” according to the official posting on fhusd.org, where a full listing of classes and registration materials are available.

Fountain Hills Unified School District is gearing up for summer school 2014 with registration now open for credit and non-credit courses.

The FHUSD summer school program offers “everything from traditional classes such reading and math to fun activities like photography, ceramics, arts and crafts and learning a foreign language,” according to the official posting on fhusd.org, where a full listing of classes and registration materials are available.

Registration can be carried out with walk in, drop off or online. For additional information, call 664-5531.

K-12 enrichment and sports courses will be held Mondays through Thursdays, June 2-26. Middle school remedial credit courses will be held Mondays through Fridays, June 2-27. High school credit and credit recovery courses will in two sessions, the first of which runs from May 27 to June 11 and the second running from June 12 through June 27.

The K-12 enrichment/sports courses will be $95 per course with middle school remedial credit courses set at $120 per course. High school credit courses are $170 each and some supply fees may apply to specific courses.

Credit card payments may be used when registering online. For cash and check, walk-in registration will be hosted out of the FHUSD Learning Center on Thursday afternoons from 3-6 p.m. on April 24 (tomorrow), May 8 and May 22. Registrations and payment may also be dropped off at any school front office.
