Margaret Warren

Margaret (Peggy O’Neil) Warren, 89, of Brighton, Mich., passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, Feb. 26, 2017. Peggy joins the love of her life, John H. Warren, who passed in 2001.

Peggy was born April 23, 1927 in Billerica, Mass., the eldest of 14 children and daughter of Edward and Martha (Enion) O’Neil who resided in Levering, Mich.

Peggy was a homemaker, mother, grandmother and enjoyed golfing, gardening, cooking and hosting many weekends of comfort and fun for family, friends, and grandchildren.

Surviving are her children, Henry Brill, Virginia Brill Warren, Eric Warren (Robin), Roger Warren (Cheryl), Jane Horal (Daniel) and Anne Lewis (Lyndy); seven sisters, Jean Reberg of Petoskey, Mich., Eileen Blackburn of Juneau, Alaska, Mary Severn of Gaylord, Mich., Alice Taber of Troy, Mich., Betty Brown of Milaca, Minn., Cathy O'Neil of Cross Village, Mich., and many nieces and nephews.

Peggy was grandmother to Chris Throssell, Tom Throssell (Yoshi), Alex Bowman, Melanie Adey (Jeff), Heidi Anderson (Vincent), Keri Fabin (Chris), Tracy Warren, John Warren, Jake Warren, Matthew Lewis, Kelly Lewis, Meghan Horal and Patrick Horal.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Lorraine Kenville, Dorothy Dennis, and Thelma Williams; four brothers, Raymond O’Neil, Edward O’Neil, James O'Neil, and David O’Neil; and her son, John Brill.
