Marilyn Ann Ritchie of Rio Verde passed away on Oct. 3, 2015. She is survived by her husband, David Ritchie; nieces, Catherine Lentz and Carrie Minchin; nephews, John Beiser and Joseph Beiser; and great nieces, Jacqueline Lentz, Lauren Beiser and Kirsten Beiser.
She was one of the original residents of Rio Verde, purchasing a home in 1974. She married her husband there in 1976 and purchased and operated the golf shop serving the Rio Verde golf courses. She retired in 1986.
A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, Oct. 10, at 11 a.m. at the Rio Verde Community Church. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Hospice of the Valley or Verde Cares.
