Mayor Friedel allowed personal attacks on fellow council members in Fountain Hills

Why did Mayor Friedel ignore the personal attacks on Councilmembers McMahon and Kalivianakis?

The minutes of the tumultuous Jan. 21 Town Council meeting reveal a troubling exchange that, to date, has received no attention.  

During the hearing on the Safe Streets Grant, Greg Johnson, a Fountain Hills resident, offered his public comments on the proposal. After expressing his opinion and concerns with the grant, Mr. Johnson addressed Councilmembers Kalivianakis and McMahon as follows:
