Most Fountain Hills residents have likely noticed by now the major construction going on in the downtown Cutillo Civic Plaza next to the Library/Museum facility.
The building of the International Dark Sky Discovery Center (IDSDC) has been underway for a month or so with McCarthy Building Companies the general contractor.
McCarthy has entrusted the management of the project to a team of three with Project Manager Brandon Gonzalez, Project Superintendent Scott Braaten and Project Engineer Kloe Decker.
