McDowell Mountain Road lane restricted for guardrail repair

The Town of Fountain Hills has announced a traffic lane restriction on McDowell Mountain Road between Fountain Hills and the Verde Communities.

On Thursday, Jan. 27, and Friday, Jan. 28, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., McDowell Mountain Road will be reduced to one lane in each direction at Mile Post 2 for emergency guardrail repair.

Motorists are asked to use caution and follow traffic control directions when traveling in the area.
