Michael A. Maffei

Michael Anthony Maffei passed away suddenly on April 24, 2017. Michael was a beloved son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew and cousin.

He was also a terrific friend and “brother” to an enormous group of amazing people. He had a beautiful smile and left a positive impression with everyone he met.

He is survived by his mother, Kathy Maffei; brothers, Richard Maffei, Thomas and Cassandra Maffei; nephew, Ricky Maffei and many special aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Richard Maffei just nine weeks earlier.

A service will be held at Messinger Mortuary 12065 N. Saguaro Blvd, Fountain Hills on Sunday, April 30, at 2 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at Church of the Ascension, 12615 Fountain Hills Blvd. on Monday, May 1, at 10 a.m.
