Visiting my hometown last weekend, I noticed a number of street signs were recently replaced. The street signs on the traffic light for Palisades by Safeway really caught my eye. What a surprise to learn that Fountain Hills Blvd. has been renamed to “Fountains Hills Blvd!”
This begs the question: when is the town installing a second fountain in the lake? Likewise, the town must rename itself Fountains Hills; doing otherwise would be inconsistent with the street sign spelling.
One days, I hopes to drives my cars down Saguaros Blvd. to see the fountains in Fountains Park in Fountains Hills. Perhaps I’ll sits on a park benches and reads The Fountains Hills Times as the two fountains in the lakes spouts.
