Mistake

While going through the instructions on the Fountain Hills Daybreak ballot I noticed in Step 1, “If you make a mistake, cross out your mistake and fill in the corrected selection.” This seems a bit concerning. Doesn’t that mean that once your envelope is opened somebody can change your vote?

The crazy thing is, no matter which side you’re on, nobody wants their vote changed.
