A few weeks ago the Town Council approved raises for town employees.

I have no problem with that except the staff directors benefit the most. The “worker bees” under the directors are grossly underpaid.

Let’s let the “worker bees” go out and compare their wages to other cities and towns like the directors do! The part-time workers don’t even get benefits. Seems to me it’s a one-sided affair with this town’s staff directors and “worker bees.”

Let’s make the playing field equal. After all, who makes the directors look good? It’s the “worker bees!”
