Monsoon forecast to make a return

The monsoon is forecast to return for the weekend with a 30 percent chance of rain predicted for tonight and again on Saturday evening.

A blowing dust advisory has been issued for Friday afternoon along the Interstate corridors south and west of Phoenix.

Storms that result may be heavy and cause flash flooding. Motorists should be alert and refrain from driving through flooded roadways.
