Motive?

As a former employee of FHUSD, I was greatly disappointed in the School Board’s decision to fire Pam Aister.

She made a decision that many feel, if put in that situation, would have taken similar actions. Many do not understand how a School District can ruin a teaching career and choose to defend bullies and their parents and at the same time throw a dedicated veteran teacher of 25 years to the curb.

The handling of this situation, as well as the lack of due process for Ms. Aister, was inexcusable. It makes many wonder if there may have been an underlying motive for this teacher’s dismissal. My prayers are with you Ms. Aister.
