Sponsorships also are sought. A contribution of $500 will provide a business with top billing on promotional pieces, social media and the museum website. Additionally, sponsors will receive two event tickets, a full page ad in the event program and promotion at the event.

Silent and live auctions provide the evening’s entertainment with the live auction hosted by auctioneer State Sen. John Kavanagh.

Since the River of Time Museum is a nonprofit organization, donations may be tax deductible. Donors are encouraged to speak with their tax advisors regarding eligibility.

The River of Time Museum has been exhibiting the culture and heritage of Fountain Hills, the Verdes and the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation since 2003.
