National Honor Society holds inductions

The Fountain Hills Chapter of the National Honor Society held its induction ceremony for new members on Monday, May 1, in the high school lecture hall.

After the ceremonial lighting of the candles and a speech from keynote speaker and Fountain Hills High School teacher, Hannah Hawks, the 10th and 11th grade inductees took the NHS pledge.

The new members of the Fountain Hills chapter of the National Honor Society are Blake Anderson, Hannah Barsema, Sarah Brown, Sophia Carter, Wesley Cottrill Anya Feyrer-Melk, Jayda Hindbo, Austin Johnson, Nicholas Knowles, Stephanie Lies, Kendra Ludwig, Ian Malcolm, Anna Nichols, Jenna Rodriguez, Nadiya Szczepkowski, Corrin Schulze and Casey Timms.

The Fountain Hills Chapter of the National Honor Society held its induction ceremony for new members on Monday, May 1, in the high school lecture hall.

After the ceremonial lighting of the candles and a speech from keynote speaker and Fountain Hills High School teacher, Hannah Hawks, the 10th and 11th grade inductees took the NHS pledge.

These new members have met stringent requirements in the fields of scholarship, service, leadership and character to be selected for membership.
