Need facts

In reading the comments of Mr. Schweers, I am in total agreement.

However, the meeting that the pool supporters had recently did not give the information that I hoped to receive.

All I heard was the extreme importance of teaching children and adults how to swim. I think that we are all in agreement with that.

However, the meeting that the pool supporters had recently did not give the information that I hoped to receive.

All I heard was the extreme importance of teaching children and adults how to swim. I think that we are all in agreement with that.

We were also inundated with reports from swim teachers and a water polo expert who played in front of the King of Spain (don’t we all want to learn this?).

What I wanted to hear was how this was to be accomplished. I expected proposed plans, costs, budgets, etc. I am willing to listen, but not to others’ wonderful experiences in the water and how critical it is for the young to learn to swim – we all know this.

Give us facts, not personal stories.
