Negative

I am so frustrated with [Councilman Henry] Leger always and continually being the primary nay-sayer of the Council.

I have followed the Council for over a decade of living here and have always been in disagreement with Leger’s position. This is not a personal stance against him, as I do believe in productive conflict. However, his negativity is an enduring trait that holds positive, forward movement back. It is not productive; more of a constant backache that will not go away.

Mr. Leger, please post a letter here that describes your research of surrounding successful town/city growth and how those ideas can be used to grow Fountain Hills.
