A town’s vibe can be determined by what “flourishes” there. Thank you, Bill Hinz and Sarah Nolan, for investing in Fountain Hills with renovations and improvements to both CopperWynd Resort and its onsite restaurant, Flourish. You obviously have your finger on the pulse of what’s hot, refined and draws customers.
You’ve done what no other investors have, elevated our city to the level of her nearby neighbor. We now have exceptional dining and a fabulous resort. It hasn't gone unnoticed that you also opted to change the resort’s official location from Scottsdale to Fountain Hills. That speaks volumes about your sincerity and commitment.

Demonstrating that Fountain Hills is more than a dying retirement community elevates us to the level we deserve and have been begging for.
The new and improved CopperWynd Resort will no doubt bring visitors from all around. Heck, they may even wander around and decide to stay. What a concept! I can only hope that other investors and developers will follow your lead and continue to invest in more vibrant establishments.
We seem to struggle with what draws visitors. I’m happy to say you nailed it. Thank you for such confidence in our community and thank you, Barb Charzuk, for showcasing a newcomer, without an agenda, who gets it. Much success to CopperWynd and Flourish!
