New owner for large retail plaza

The sale of Four Peaks Plaza, a 140,390-square-foot retail center anchored by Target on Shea Boulevard, to a privately-held real estate investment company located in Scottsdale, was finalized Wednesday, Aug. 27. The new owner, Sand Capital, did not disclose the purchase price.
