Last Saturday, Nov. 8, there was a celebration to open the new Andrews-Kinsey trail. This trail connects Scottsdale’s trail system to our Fountain Hills’ trails. Along with providing access to all the combined trails including the McDowell Mountain Regional County Park.

First, I thank all of those who were in attendance at the celebration. Your presence and the comments from those who spoke are forever in my heart. The spirt and esprit de corps that volunteers have was evident among those present that afternoon.
For the reading public, I wish to share a dream that in the future all of this Preserve land will provide a sanctuary for those who choose to escape from daily life. Enjoy.
