Like so many others, I love Fountain Hills. We have a wonderful and special place to live. This August we will have the opportunity to select who will lead us into the future as we choose our next mayor.

I am very grateful for our present mayor, Linda Kavanagh, and her stewardship of our town. I believe Cecil Yates will continue this great leadership along with his own special abilities and vision to lead us into the future. Cecil is a strong family man with a deep faith in God. I find him to be a man of integrity with a strong foundation rooted firmly in moral absolutes. He is caring of all people and willing to listen to different points of view, while never losing his way in making decisions that are best for the community.

Cecil has served faithfully and successfully in both private business and as a councilman for our town. He leads a highly-rated business and has received many awards, both personally and with his team. As a councilman for our community, Cecil has sought to do what is best for Fountain Hills. His decision-making ability is based on sound reasoning and a genuine concern for our town. Cecil is willing to look past the status quo and investigate new possibilities for the healthy growth of Fountain Hills, while still preserving what makes our town a unique and special place.

Cecil has a strong family life with his wife, Nancy, of 22 years and his two children, Sophia and Mason. Personally, I want a mayor with strong values, integrity, and honesty. I believe that Cecil Yates is the best person to serve as our next mayor, and I look forward to seeing our town move ahead under his leadership.
