North Heights homeowners have the opportunity to elect three members to the POA Board of Directors.
I would urge you to select carefully and read the biographical data submitted by each candidate. If you appreciate the appearance and quality of life that North heights affords, you should vote for those candidates who desire to maintain that same attractiveness and uniqueness that makes North Heights a premier residential community.

I would avoid candidates who suggest that North Heights is not friendly or welcoming, for these candidates may oppose enforcement of the CC&R’s. I would also avoid candidates who might suggest that the CC&R’s are not reasonable or should be more open to change.
Establishment and enforcement of the CC&R’s is paramount to maintaining for residents the same appeal that caused them to move to North Heights.
I would recommend that you vote for Art Ammon, Don Doty and Geary Goss, who are committed to sustaining the high quality of our neighborhood.
