In an ad which appeared in a recent Fountain Hills Times, Don Doty, President of the North Heights Property Owners Association, took it upon himself to include the NHPOA in the list of supporters of the primary property tax. Days later, Mr. Doty sent an apology email to members of the POA.
I feel it is important to state here, that many residents of North Heights, including me, do not support the primary property tax proposal. I feel it is unwarranted and it will place an unfair burden on many of the current residents and will be detrimental in attracting new residents to our town.
