What service does Andrew McGuire provide in return for the huge paycheck he receives from the town budget? Is this information only provided during executive session, closed-door meetings, not open to the public?

I received a post card asking me to take a survey regarding the future development of our town. Why wasn’t a post card sent to property owners notifying them of a new environmental tax? What other new surprising fees (taxes) are the mayor and city council planning to handle the now projected $5 million city budget deficit?
The voters need to wake up to the fact they are being taken for a ride. Renaming a tax a “fee” and Senator John Kavanagh’s attempt to bring back predatory loans in Arizona by renaming them “flex-loans” assume the voters of this state are both ignorant and easily manipulated.
The Tea Party, AKA the Koch Brothers, is attempting to run this country with dark money by cloning politicians and by limiting information to the voters.
Is it any wonder the voters in this country are sick and tired of the same old political games and are now overwhelmingly voting for non-establishment politicians like Donald Trump?
