A large representation of the adult Fountain Hills community attended the vigil for slain students of the Stoneman Douglas High School on Wednesday, March 14, in front of Fountain Hills High School. We are concerned about our school children’s safety, and we stood in a silent, 17-minute vigil in memory of the victims of that horrible crime.
But where were you, our middle and high school students? Didn’t you get the message from the thousands of students throughout the country that we all have to speak up to end this violence?
