Isn’t there some sort of noise restrictions in place for Fountain Hills? I live off of Saguaro and it sounds more and more like a drag strip.

Many more older cars with altered engines that are incredibly loud keep driving by. I guess it makes boys feel more manly, but it really just seems like a desperate attempt at overcompensation.
