Not desirable

I read that if the primary property tax ballot does not pass, some potential reductions might include programs currently offered, customer service levels, road maintenance, as well as reductions in fire and safety programs. That makes a lot of sense to me.

I realize everyone has their own ideas of what is important and not important to them, but we could never afford to do everything that residents would like. Let’s please try living within our means as our first choice, and see how we collectively like it (or don’t), because paying a substantially larger property tax (the tax, not necessarily what it’s spent on) is not desirable to anyone.
