Voters in Fountain Hills should be receiving their ballots for the unified school district jurisdictional election being held Tuesday, Nov. 7.
This election is an all-mail ballot.
Ballots were to be placed in the mail Wednesday, Oct. 11, and should be received by the end of the week.
An in-person ballot replacement location will open Monday, Oct. 30. This process is for those who may have damaged or spoiled the ballot they received in the mail.
The location for this, as well as in-person voting and a ballot drop box, will be at the former Four Peaks Elementary School, 17300 E. Calaveras Ave. 85268. The site will be open beginning Monday, Oct. 30, and will be open daily 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. except the weekend, Saturday, Nov. 4 and Sunday, Nov. 5. The site will be open on election day Tuesday, Nov. 7, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The last day to put a ballot in return mail is also Monday, Oct. 30, to assure that it arrives at the Elections Department in time to be counted.
A voter information pamphlet has been mailed to registered voters with details on the questions that are on the ballot.
