The day after registration closes, on Wednesday, Oct. 11, ballots will be placed in the mail with voters beginning to receive them by the end of the week.
An in-person ballot replacement location will open Monday, Oct. 30. This process is for those who may have damaged or spoiled the ballot they received in the mail. This site was undetermined as of this writing.
The last day to put a ballot in return mail is also Monday, Oct. 30, to assure that it arrives at the Elections Department in time to be counted. As of this writing it is unclear whether there will be any ballot drop box locations in Fountain Hills for this election.
A voter information pamphlet is also being mailed with details on the questions that are on the ballot.
The Times Independent will have updated information when it is made available.
