On behalf of Christine Colley (event coordinator), Sam Coffee (event manager) and myself, Denise Dunning-Ricketts, volunteer coordinator, I would like to thank those of you who helped us at Oktoberfest this year.

The event was a tremendous success, in large part due to the many volunteers who collectively assisted in carrying out the many facets of this 200-year-old traditional German event.

The number of those who attended Oktoberfest was far more than anticipated; double from previous years, coming in from all parts of the Valley!

We also had newcomers to our town who volunteered, as well as many who, year after year, continue to support our wonderful community.

Each year we will continue to fine tune and improve Oktoberfest. We hope you will keep Oktoberfest in mind as one of the many fun events that will need your help. All of our community events, like our town, can only thrive and get better with your participation and support.

Once again, many thanks to those of you who volunteered, as well as to those of you who attended!
