After attending the Town Council meeting it’s obvious that our town manager and council want to spend $30,000 to $80,000 to redo the locked gate at Technology/Saguaro.

The town did a traffic study that showed no difference with the gate open. The town has never made that study available to the taxpayers of Fountain Hills.

My advice is to leave the gate as it has been for 17 years or do the most logical thing and open it!
