If the gate on Saguaro is going to be opened on a trial basis, that trial should be conducted during the months of January through March. The opening of the gate has a direct impact on the residents that live on Saguaro. Granted, most of these are winter residents, who probably aren’t even aware of what is happening.

Please keep in mind that not only do they pay taxes, sewer, power and water utilities year-round, they purchased their homes long before the Target area existed. This is a residential area. Truck traffic should be limited.

To my knowledge, this has not been a problem. I would think that more effort could be placed in filling all the vacant buildings that exist in Fountain Hills.
