As you know if you own a home, repairs and reconditioning that are needed 10, 15, or 20 years after you build it are not covered in the initial cost. To maintain the value of your house, the repairs and updates are essential.

The same is true of our schools and our roads -- repairs and reconditioning are essential to keep up the value of the schools and roads, and to maintain property values in our town.
