The Town of Fountain Hills is beginning work this week for the seasonal overseed of park areas within the town.
The winter overseed will take place only on the Avenue of the Fountains Plaza and at Fountain Park. There will be no overseed at any of the other town parks.
Crews will begin by scalping the Bermuda grass. During the first week in October the winter grass seed will be spread on the Avenue Plaza. The seeding in Fountain Park will take place the second week in October.

The Town of Fountain Hills is beginning work this week for the seasonal overseed of park areas within the town.
The winter overseed will take place only on the Avenue of the Fountains Plaza and at Fountain Park. There will be no overseed at any of the other town parks.
Crews will begin by scalping the Bermuda grass. During the first week in October the winter grass seed will be spread on the Avenue Plaza. The seeding in Fountain Park will take place the second week in October.
The project, allowing time for the winter grass to come in, will take the full month of October, and through Nov. 7 for Fountain Park.
Access to sodded areas in the parks will be restricted and residents are asked to obey any signs placed in the area. Irrigation sprinklers may come on at any time during the process.
