In addition to the Museum’s Gift Shop, remaining tickets can be purchased at Sami’s Fine Jewelry, the Fountain Hills Library Book Store, Crystal Blues Boutique, Fountain Fashions and Euro Pizza Café. Tickets are priced at $30 for Museum members and $35 for non-members.
This major fundraiser for the River of Time Museum includes both asilent and live auction featuring authenticated rare antique items, gift cards for restaurants and services, golf packages, themed baskets, jewelry, photographic art and tickets to local attractions.

P-Bar Ranch museum fundraiser is Saturday

“Taste of the P-Bar Ranch” will be the theme for the River of Time Museum’s annual fundraising event this Saturday, Aug. 18.

This major fundraiser for the River of Time Museum includes both asilent and live auction featuring authenticated rare antique items, gift cards for restaurants and services, golf packages, themed baskets, jewelry, photographic art and tickets to local attractions.
Senator John Kavanagh, acting as the auctioneer, will offer dinner for eight at the fountain hills fire station, a mattress set from Brooklyn Bedding, a week-long stay at the Mayan Resort and more enticing items to the highest bidders.
Music will be presented by the Cimarron Sidekicks, with authentic “cowboy” music and the evening will be hosted by former P-Bar Ranch owner, “Henry Pemberton,” aka actor, Doug Waldo.
Western “chow” food stations include samplings ofhomemade cornbread, beef stew, western salad, chocolate cake, smoked beans, black bean and corn salad, cowboy chicken, kale salad and desserts. Food is donated and prepared by; Phil’s Filling Station, Dinner at Eight Private Chef, Euro Pizza Café, DC’s Bar & Grill, Saddle Bronc Grill, Sapori d’Italia, Crowning Glory Tea Room and Sun Baked Food 4 The Soul.
