This is in response to a recent letter describing the Park Place Luxury Apartments – two buildings with business/retail space – as a White Elephant. This I take exception to.
As new apartment residents, my wife and I find the living very nice and centrally located. The leasing staff is very nice and continues to increase the two buildings’ apartment occupancy while the business leasing agent works on increasing the commercial/retail space tenants beyond the several businesses that are already there. There are also some home-based businesses.
