I learned that $455,611.29 is overdue for payment by Shea-Connelly Development LLC, the Park Place developer.
Why does the project continue when the fees have not been paid? The developer has been contacted three times to pay the invoices, but has refused. I have to pay my taxes on time or suffer severe penalties.
The Town Manager gave a deadline of June 30, 2017 for payment, or the project would be shut down. Why has the Town Manager or the Council not followed through and shut the project down until the fee invoices have been paid? This does not pass the “smell test.”
