The Fountain Hills Town Council will be considering approval of a Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvement Plan study when it meets Tuesday, Oct. 21.
Adoption of these documents, prepared for the town by TischlerBise, is required before the council can consider adoption of new development fees for construction.
The consultant has prepared five options for the council to consider before moving on with a new fee plan. Current development fees for a single-family residential home are $3,973. The options on the table from TischlerBise range from $8,901 to $12,314.
