Park Place ground breaking this week

N-Shea Group and Real Capital Solutions are hosting a groundbreaking event for Park Place Phase I on the Avenue of the Fountains on Thursday this week.
The event will be held on Sept. 22, from 3 to 6 p.m. at the southeast corner of Avenue of the Fountains and Verde River Drive.
Featured speakers will include town dignitaries, Chamber of Commerce officials and owner representatives.
Residents of Fountain Hills are welcome and refreshments will be served.
Park Place is a mixed use development to line the Avenue of the Fountains with commercial and residential uses.
Phase I will include 230 residential one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on three floors above the ground level with 32,000 square feet of commercial, mostly retail and restaurant space at street level.
Overall, in three phases, the Park Place development calls for 404 residential units and 43,000 square feet of commercial.
